Birth Doula Support Package - (First Time Mothers)

What’s included:

2 prenatal sessions (1 to 1.5 hours per session)
Set-up of group chat to ensure effective communication
Arrangement for back-up birth doula(s) (where you'll be able to meet them as well prior to the birth of your little one)
Rental of a TENS machine
Complimentary birth ball and postpartum care tools (unless client has their own)
24/7 support from 37 weeks onwards
Attendance of labour & birth at home or hospital (according to clients' preference)
2 postnatal sessions (1 to 1.5 hours per session)

Prenatal sessions include an in-depth discussion of your birth plan along with any questions you have regarding your choices, where unbiased information will be provided. Active birth tips will also be provided during these sessions.

Postnatal sessions may include discussions on how you have adjusted to the baby being at home and any necessary referrals you may need. Clients may also request for demonstrations regarding baby care or even how to reorganise their home when looking after the baby. And of course, we're there for some free baby smells too!

24/7 support from 37 weeks onwards
Attendance of labour & birth at home or hospital (according to clients' preference)
2 postnatal sessions (1 to 1.5 hours per session)

The prenatal session may be customised according to your needs. We’ll do a quick refresher on labour coping strategies and do a run-through of your birth plan.

After you’re settled in at home, we’ll drop by to have a few baby cuddles and offer to help out with baby for a bit or even pass on referrals if you need any further support.

*Note: For mamas who are attempting for a natural birth after a caesarean (TOLAC or VBAC), charges will vary according to a case by case basis.
