Cheat sheets provided to make it easier for birth partners to support the birthing mama
Follow-up chat group will be set up for you to ask your questions (responses will be limited to regular hours; for extensive support, parents may consider the Remote Doula Support Package)

You could also grab a few friends who are expecting and make an afternoon out of it where we’ll handle light refreshments.***

*This is a class that provides you with the opportunity to practice the skills learned so come in your comfortable attire.

**A birth ball will be provided but you’ll need to bring your own yoga mat.
