Birth & Labour Prep Class

SGD $250

1 x 2h session
Held in the privacy & comfort of your own home or your choice of location
Cheat sheets provided to make it easier for birth partners to support the birthing mama

You could also grab a few friends who are expecting and make an afternoon out of it where we’ll handle light refreshments.***

*This is a class that provides you with the opportunity to practice the skills learned so come in your comfortable attire.

**A birth ball will be provided but you’ll need to bring your own yoga mat.

***Cost will be subject to prior discussion and agreed venue as well as the number of participants.

Childbirth Education Class

Private SGD $600/couple

Group SGD $350/couple

This class covers labour and birth from a holistic perspective through experiential learning and activities. We believe that in understanding the process, parents can truly own their birth – when they are not only informed, but given the space to connect and communicate with each other as well as their birth team.

Topics include:

Understanding Mama's body
Communication - not just with baby but with each other!
Identifying your birth team - prenatal, birth & postpartum
Understanding Physiological Birth & Trusting the Process
Reframing contractions - facing pain and fear
Alternative methods to birth & labour
Making informed choices
Bonding with baby after birth
Feeding your baby - Breastfeeding, Bottle Feeding, ALL feeding
Newborn & baby care - including bathing, diapering, calming and communicating with your baby
Postpartum care for parents

This class has been put together based on both Jamie's training in Hypnobirthing and Lamaze as well as her certification in Physical Education and Sports Science.

Private birth class

$650 per couple

Choose from 4 x 1.5h sessions or an intensive 2 x 3h sessions*

Group birth class (max. 5 couples)

$350 per couple

Having a group also means more room for discussion as we embark on this journey of learning together. You may also choose to grab your friends who may be expecting around the same time and let's talk!

Held in your preferred location (one may be sourced if needed)
Agree on the syllabus together and we can co-create a class that suits all of you**
