What’s included:

• 2 prenatal sessions (1 to 1.5 hours per session)

• Set-up of group chat to ensure effective communication

• Arrangement for back-up birth doula(s) (where you'll be able to meet them as well prior to the birth of your little one)

• 24/7 support from 37 weeks onwards

• Attendance of labour & birth at home or hospital (according to clients' preference)

• 2 postnatal sessions (1 to 1.5 hours per session)

Prenatal sessions include an in-depth discussion of your birth plan along with any questions you have regarding your choices, where unbiased information will be provided. Active birth tips will also be provided during these sessions.

​

Postnatal sessions may include discussions on how you have adjusted to the baby being at home and any necessary referrals you may need. Clients may also request for demonstrations regarding baby care or even how to reorganise their home when looking after the baby. And of course, we're there for some free baby smells too!

The prenatal session may be customised according to your needs. We’ll do a quick refresher on labour coping strategies and do a run-through of your birth plan.

 

After you’re settled in at home, we’ll drop by to have a few baby cuddles and offer to help out with baby for a bit or even pass on referrals if you need any further support.

*Note: For mamas who are attempting for a natural birth after a caesarean (TOLAC or VBAC), charges will vary according to a case by case basis.

For those who do not wish to have another person in the birth room but would like the presence of a guiding voice in an additional birth partner.

​

What’s may be included:

• WhatsApp chat set-up for both you and your partner to help guide you through the birth and labour process

• 24/7 hour remote access for consultation from week 37 onwards

• Arrangement for back-up birth doula(s) (where you'll be able to meet them as well prior to the birth of your little one)

• 'Attendance' of your birth through video call or text 

• Continuous support for a month post-partum to guide you in the fourth trimester when baby’s out

This package may be customised to suit YOUR needs. Even if you just require someone to be ready at the drop of a text to ask about where to pick up information from a trustworthy source, or guide you through processes and hospital protocols, this package might be for you! If you need support when baby comes home in feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth or even some light cooking without a live-in nanny, we can source for appropriate postpartum doulas for you.

​

Get in touch with us and we’ll do the legwork necessary to help provide you with the support you need.

This class covers labour and birth from a holistic perspective through experiential learning and activities. We believe that in understanding the process, parents can truly own their birth – when they are not only informed, but given the space to connect and communicate with each other as well as their birth team.

Topics include:

• Understanding Mama's body

• Communication - not just with baby but with each other!

• Identifying your birth team - prenatal, birth & postpartum

• Understanding Physiological Birth & Trusting the Process

• Reframing contractions - facing pain and fear

• Alternative methods to birth & labour

• Making informed choices

• Bonding with baby after birth

• Feeding your baby - Breastfeeding, Bottle Feeding, ALL feeding 

• Newborn & baby care - including bathing, diapering, calming and communicating with your baby

• Postpartum care for parents

This class has been put together based on both Jamie's training in Hypnobirthing and Lamaze as well as her certification in Physical Education and Sports Science.

 

Private birth class

$650 per couple

• Choose from 4 x 1.5h sessions or an intensive 2 x 3h sessions*

• Held in the privacy & comfort of your own home or your choice of location

• Syllabus may be customised according to your needs**

 

Group birth class (max. 5 couples)

$350 per couple

Having a group also means more room for discussion as we embark on this journey of learning together. You may also choose to grab your friends who may be expecting around the same time and let's talk!

• Choose from 4 x 1.5h sessions or an intensive 2 x 3h sessions*

• Held in your preferred location (one may be sourced if needed)

• Agree on the syllabus together and we can co-create a class that suits all of you**

 

*Exceptions may be made based on instructor’s availability

**Inclusion of content will be heavily dependent on time needed to cover the content requested.

• Held in the privacy & comfort of your own home or your choice of location

• Cheat sheets provided to make it easier for birth partners to support the birthing mama

 

You could also grab a few friends who are expecting and make an afternoon out of it where we’ll handle light refreshments.***

 

*This is a class that provides you with the opportunity to practice the skills learned so come in your comfortable attire.

**A birth ball will be provided but you’ll need to bring your own yoga mat.
